In the video, you can see that the man is touching the student’s side b00b using the back of his hands while acting like there’s nothing going on. He repeated his actions a couple of times. You can also see that he stops his hand movement whenever the student seemed to notice what he is doing. But after just a moment he consistently does it again.

Though some netizens also condemned the netizen who posted the video saying that instead of taking the video, he should have taken action in the situation and let the student or the other passenger know that the guy is a pervert. But some netizens also defended him stating that it’s not the people that do nothing make the world a dangerous place to live in but it’s those who make unsolicited opinions about others and unknown situation.
